What makes it 78% Baby-Friendly: Ground-floor change tables, quiet feeding room, ramps and free stroller access ease visits; seating in atrium calms infants, yet no dedicated baby play or on-site pram hire exists.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: This gives time to explore the atrium, use baby facilities and browse the store at a relaxed pace.
Admire the glass dome and Talitali ’Au Moana:
See the suspended Fijian kauri tanoa under the South Atrium’s glass dome.
Tip: Arrive before the midday crowd for clear stroller paths and photos.
Visit the private parenting room:
Use the quiet room off the South Atrium for feeding or settling your baby.
Tip: Ask at the info desk when you enter to get directions quickly.
Use baby-change facilities:
Find baby-change tables in family/all-gender toilets on each level.
Tip: Look for the change icon near lifts or in the foyer for easy access.
Feed in bottle-friendly seating:
Bottle- or breast-feed at public seating pods in the North and South Atrium.
Tip: Keep other snacks in the cloakroom so the atrium stays clean.
Navigate on ramps with a stroller:
Take wide ramps at both entrances and lifts for seamless access.
Tip: Enter via the north ramp for direct access to the atrium without stairs.
