Its a grand, prestigious place to visit. I attended the guided tour and visited the inside of palace and courtrooms. Everything was explained in the guided tour. It's magnificent. It's a pride thing that it's situated here in the Netherlands. Recommended place to visit if you are in Den Haag. Must buy tickets online months in advance.

We debated getting tickets for the tour because we had to wait for a buying window, but I’m really glad we did. The tour was really wonderful and we learned so much. The visitors center free tour was also really informative.

Nice Peace palace. No entry for anyone who doesnt work there, or has one of the few tours inside, booked in advance. -There is a visitor center to the left of the entrance. -There is a "peace flame" monument to the right of the entrance. The monument has a stone from every country in the world and a live flame.

The Peace Palace is not only a beautiful landmark, but also a global symbol. It represents the hope of peace and the idea of true justice — a place where the world should find fairness and equality.

Free admission with a free audio guide on your phone (recommend to bring your own earphones if you prefer not to use theirs). Very informative from origin to different case studies. However, there was no guided tour and we were confined to a rather small exhibition area.
Guided tours run weekends only from May through October. The Visitor Centre is closed Mondays and Tuesdays; plan a virtual tour midweek if needed.
