My review is for the brasserie. We were sat at a dirty table that was never cleaned. We waited over 20 minutes for a cappuccino. We were served the wrong order of fries and the wrong water. Portion of fries was for a young child. The french onion soup was a joke. Absolutely no cheese. One server was nice out of the 4 that came to our table. It’s a nice view, but go eat somewhere else.

Although the place is really nice, and the view is breathtaking, the staff is not well prepared, late and not helping a lot. We were waiting about 20’ minutes to be seated although we had a reservation, and after that we waited a long time to order and then have our drinks.

I bought my ticket online and just scanned it myself to get in. Worth every penny. The view is amazing. It does get super windy on the open-air platform.

I've had better breakfasts at cheap hotels, and this is supposed to be a main attraction for the city. It puts the city to shame. The plates we were given were dirty. Nothing tasted good; all are cheaply mass-produced catering stuff. The elevator to the vi...
