Absolutely 😍 beautiful botanical garden. Large area, easy walking. So much to see. Perfectly clean and well maintained.

Beautiful botanic garden in SMA specializing in regional flora. There are lake and canyon views as well. Go breathe that fresh air there. AQI there is probably 0. Bring your tail shoes.

Charco del Ingenio is a great experience. I spent over two hours here, enjoying the outdoors, learning about native plants, improving my knowledge of local history, and admiring art in the sculpture garden. Trails are well maintained, nice conservatory of Mexican plants, and an informative environmental center. This is a place not to be missed!

From November to February watch winter migrants in the wetlands. In June-September expect slippery trails but full waterfalls. In March, catch spring-equinox concerts in the canyon amphitheater.
