First time in Isla Mujeres and it was great! It's a nice change of pace from Cancun with some gorgeous beaches and majestic sunsets. Excellent selection of Airbnb's and beach clubs/hotels and solid options when it comes to restaurants. For the best experience, rent a golf cart!

Beautiful beaches!!! Very busy beaches though. Staff at the beach restaurants & loungers we went to were kind of MEH. Not the best or friendliest customer service I’ve had in Mexico. Bathrooms were sometimes ok but you will have to pay or tip which should not be a surprise for most that have gone to Mexico before. I prefer Cozumel as the customer service seems better and you can find less busy b...
