Victoria Garden Hotel (solo trip)

Im impressive for the service especially the manager Amer. He was friendly and helpful. Due to our short vacation, he advised us the landmarks we should go. Moreover, our 2 rooms were very clean. Towels and beds all clean. They clean the room and change towel everyday. Sure, if i have a chance to come back, i’ll stay here ❤️

I booked this hotel through Agoda and requested a high floor and quiet room, but was given Room 104 on Level 1 (reception is on Level G). It was disappointing right from the start. Great location if you come by train then ferry from KL , as my sister and I did. Only a couple of minutes walk once you have crossed the main road from the ferry and then directly ahead! This is one of the best hotel I have stayed for the price we pay. Strategic location, Little India is walking distance, tourist attractions nearby. Receptionist Amer was friendly and quite helpful.
