I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unhelpful and rude, making me feel unwelcome. Simple, clean, and great value. Stayed just 1 night — room was neat, bed was comfy, and the location is super convenient (close to USM, Lotus’s, and local eats). Staff were friendly and helpful. Great water pressure in the shower. Perfect for a short stay in Penang. Would definitely return!
