Tune Hotel Georgetown Penang (couple trip)

The best hotel in George Town, the capital of Penang.. affordable price.. room cleanliness is good.. No tv, but the room is comfortable.. parking facility is available.. but the price will be cut accordingly in touch n go depending on the time you stay.. the hotel management should change that method .. because we pay for everything in one go!

For the first time in my life a hotel did not provide a toothpaste. I’d stayed at hotel that offered price below RM100 still have complete toiletries such as, shower gel, conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush and slipper. The room is so small.

Stayed at triple room , the room was spacious, lots of open able windows, so the air circulation can be changed. Super spacious bathroom with bidet, open able window, super bright lights Air con not central unit, so temperature of the room depend on us. BUT, no phone, no refrigerators

I didn’t like the female receptionist — she was unfriendly and poorly presented. She asked for RM 4 cash for some kind of tax but didn’t give any receipt, and I had no idea what tax it was. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, dimly lit, and hot. The room and bathroom were fine, everything worked well. The location is excellent, very close to the city center.

Few days ago was my 2nd visit to this hotel. Overall I was satisfied with the price that I paid. If possible, the hotel management kindly please put a water filter. If you can't provide it on each floor, at least, you can place it on the ground floor, near to the lift. I think this is very important amenity since you didn't provide kettle.
