The Light Hotel Penang (with kids)

I recently stayed at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all amenities well-maintained. Customer service was top-notch the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended and we will definitely come again!

The service was above par. From check in to check out, everything was so smooth and swift. The breakfast spread was not the best , however every single item was so very tasty, be it the roti canai to the dosa (tosai), even the toasted tuna sandwich was like home made, so satisfying. Nasi lemak spread was so comprehensive. A great way to start the morning.

Definitely it's a 5 star review for a 5 star hotel. Everything was top notch. Beginning from the room, service, breakfast(buffet) water pressure, cleanliness, the view, the facilities. Not forgetting all the hardworking staff that never to fails to smile even they're tired. Thank you for the exceptional service during my 4D3N stay🙏🏻

I enjoyed my stay here. The only drawback is the soundproofing — it may not be very good at night, as there was a wedding event and we could hear knocking and running in the hallway until late. I would like to compliment the food for both the breakfast and lunch buffets, as well as the tea break.
