VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. My friend and I search for the hotel and reached late. The parking area are dark at night and not convenient for lady guest. The check in policy is not flexible and no customer support available after 8pm. We are not allowed to check in after 8pm and no refund. It is a very bad experience to us.

Actually nice and spacious room. But bathroom door not attached properly. Better if put a lightproof protector at door. But very narrow parking ramp. Busy surroundings, meets a lot of random people asking for cash

Great clean rooms. We stayed in a family room and it is very spacious. It has two levels so you need to go upstairs for the bedroom. It can be loud with people stomping up and down the metal staircase. It has a microwave, cutlery, a kitchen sink, kettle and nice bathroom. There's a TV, couch, ironing board and iron. Nice view of the city from our room. Overall a great stay.

Easy to find the place as I was here after a decade. The place was crowded not like before. Lots of development and progress. The parking was a bit small and needed some negotiations. Nevermind that as the room was splendid. For a business trip, it was worth my penny. I think, it will be my place to stay if I have to travel to Bayan Lepas.
