Pleasant experience dealing with the Sunway Reservation team for our 5D/4N stay in room 1209. The hotel front desk, concierge and housekeeping services were easy to work with. Had a very pleasant stay.The room was clean and comfortable.staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.Very satisfied with the hotel and would happily stay again. The buffet food was delicious with many choices.Everything was fresh and well prepared. Service was good and the dining area was clean. Very satisfying stay.

Room is clean and quite spacious. Had no problem with the facilities in the room. Parking is free. Had no problem to find parking. Staff are friendly.
