Though hotel had no lift, request for luggage to be carried up to room by staff is possible. Iron also can be requested from front desk. Staffs were all kind and polite. Room took quite awhile to cool down but once feedbacked to front desk, they took prompt action to resolve issue. Room was big and TV had Youtube/Netflix and a working fridge. No elevator, no refrigerator. There is a jacuzzi on 2nd floor at balcony. Reasonable price for solo travelers. AirCon is ok to fight outside temperature. Room decoration is nice. Facility all good. Convenience store opposite the hotel. Walking distance to almost every places in Georgetown.
