Perfect experience and extraordinary helpful staff! I forgot my necklace in the room and Winnie and the housekeeping staff checked the room several times and even went through the old laundry and the bin! They found it and managed to arrange a grab driver to transport it to the airport. I got my forgotten necklace because of these great people! Lovely stay as well.
