Ok, so don't get me wrong alright? The staff service at the reception were pretty good. They were helpful and kind, also helps to solve my keycard issues fast enough for me to go on with my day. Overall the hotel offer good for location, breakfast and the staff always smile and provide good explanation. For facilities no complaint at all. you cannot expect it as a five star hotel. This is a old hotel but they have do their work to renovate and upgrade it. Will stay again in future.

This hotel was built in 1969. The interior has a charming old-school feel, and my room came with a beautiful sea view. It’s right in the heart of town, making the location very strategic. Breakfast was superb and absolutely delicious. The staff were very helpful, and parking was convenient too. Lets support this hotel, as this was a heritage hotel in penang. Personally, I truly love this place.

The room was spacious but very old and had a strong smell from the shower. The bathroom had a bathtub but no towels or washcloths, which we had to ask for later.
