I love staying here. One of the best hotel in Penang. Looking forward to stay here again soon . Good service by everyone Especially Mr Azlin (the best man), akashah (reception) and Amelia. Excellent service by all the bellman as well. Excellent and love it very much . Very comfortable and spectacular stay here.

We stayed here as we were participating in a competition held next door. I have to commend the amazing service at Amaya Food Gallery. I told the staff of my gluten- and dairy-free dietary requirements and the chef came up with a wonderful dish of chicken chop with Nyonya sauce. Came here to attend conference. Can't comment about room service. I enjoy the view around here very much. Most important, toilet is clean and well maintain. In terms of event venue, hall decoration and comfort well done. However, in terms of food served, the taste still can improve. First time staying here for 1 night before my flight the next morning. Surprisingly it was a very nice hotel with nice room and excellent facilities.
