Location is good as it is nearer to my work place. Room Is a hit and miss. Sometimes I get a nice room, sometimes I get a worn out room. But service from the hotel staff is good. They are polite and professional.

Stayed at Sunway Velocity Hotel and it was super convenient! Rooms were clean, comfy, and the mall is literally right downstairs so food n shopping are easy. Staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the rooftop pool has nice views too. Location is great for exploring KL without the crazy traffic, so def a good choice for a short stay!
