Pacific Express Hotel Chinatown (solo trip)

Great hotel for stay, in centre of cuty,but least menu for breakfast. Could improve.

The only positive about this hotel was the location. All others were bad. The room was very old and dirty. Stain was easily spotted on the carpet, walls, bedsheet and table. Cleanliness is way below expectation. Carpark was also very old and dirty. The lane leads to the entrance and exit were full with trashes. I was once thought I turned into a wrong lane for parking.

i have a great experience staying here, strategic hotel that close to anywhere, and the staff are so helpful and super kind. the breakfast are delicious (esp the chicken wings!). i love the scent of the liquid soap and the handwash (they smell fresh and a bit floral). but they don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. they changed the towels, cups, and bottle of water once when i went out. as well ...

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay. Around 6–7 PM, someone suddenly opened my room door with a key, even though the room had already been cleaned earlier. This was possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The whole hotel needs a really good clean, from the walls, carpets, towels, bedlinen. The breakfast was almost non existent, an afterthought. Dirty tables, and just help yourself and clean up after yourself.
