My Hotel @ Sentral (couple trip)

This hotel is situated near the KL Sentral metro station. Location-wise, this is the best place to stay in KL, and it's also a budget-friendly place. The hotel service is a bit low, though it's manageable. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. Though they don't have an inside restaurant, a 24/7 bistro restaurant and many other eateries are just located on the ground floor and at the back...

I stayed for 5 days, and here’s what I liked about this hotel: 1. The room was very clean and spacious for a family (I booked the 3‑bedroom type). 2. The bedsheets were very clean (no stains or dents). 3. The staff were so nice and caring. Average room. Room condition can be improve. Missing hair dryer, Called reception no available air dryer to borrow. Shower heater not working no hot water. Breakfast providede but only fried rice and noodle, bread, coffee no frangrance. Outside not much parking, have to park at other hotel's basement parking. Overall outside is like little India, many Indian foods.

Not happy with the stay. But The hotel location was good. We had check in at 3 PM and we reached at around 2. we had to wait for check in and room was vacant. While requesting receptionist he answered very rudely. Both receptionist were arrogant. Not happy. Not recommended.

What you should have really changed and renovate is your windows panel, both inside the bathroom and the room itself. You should NOT using the so-called bustling road of Kl Sentral as the strong excuse to overcome the bad soundproofing issue.. What is the point of doing extensive room refurbishment if you can't solve the main problem?? You have changed most of the items inside the room but that...
