Location is great but the service is horrible. Requested for early check in and was told need to pay extra RM50. Alright fine with that then only informed the room is not ready. So we went upstairs to have lunch. Made another request at 2:40pm, the staff still mentioned can only check in sharp at 3pm. Those who plan to stay here, bear in mind can only check in at 3pm SHARP.🙂

I loved my 10-day long stay at the Millerz Square. The apartment was squeaky-clean and spacious. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. Same goes with the gym. There were many reataurants in the building to choose from.

The service is horrendous. We were constantly lied to by the team who fed false information and consistently provided poor service on purpose. The staff would constantly ignore basic instructions such as leave the towels outside on purpose, with the excuses that they cannot leave them outside.
