Cititel Mid Valley (solo trip)

We arrived for the buffet at 9:00 AM, based on a phone call the day before where we were told that the buffet runs until 10:30 AM and that there would be no need to queue — we could simply walk in anytime. The front desk staff isn’t that helpful. Rooms are very small and cramp even though I booked a superior with King size bed but hotel gave a Queen. But I must say the breakfast buffet was great and the service staff very try obliging and helpful.

What I love most about Cititel Mid Valley is that it’s directly connected to the mall — super convenient! Just a short walk from the hotel lobby and you’re already inside Mid Valley Mall. The mall has plenty of restaurants — Malay, Western, and many more. Public transport is easy to access too, with the LRT and Grab nearby. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. There are quite a lot of tourists here...

Pros 1. Just besides Mid Valley Megamall, all things is walking distance 2. Parking fee flat RM5, validator is just there, can just tap yourself, smooth! 3. Room is clean, all is in! Iron + iron board, hair dryer, small fridge, floor slippers, etc 4. Buffet breakfast is good! Cons 1. Room door part is easily sound noticable when someone's talking

There is a weighing scale placed at the lobby, so convenient for guests to weigh their luggage before heading to airport! Water dispenser is on every level just outside the lift. Shopping n dining options r plenty in midvalley mall next to the hotel, without having to walk under the hot sun 💕 Concierge is very helpful as well !
