Big M Hotel (with baby)

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. This hotel is quite good in terms of rooms and services. One another thing that may be impressive is the location. It is only 1 minute walk to Masjid Jamek LRT station.

Im staying 2 nights in the room 303, no windows. All was fine until a couple hours after the check in, a awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom was truly disgusting! The room has no windows, so there's no ventilation whatsoever. I stayed two nights in a room that smelled like sewage.

This hotel is located close to the train station and bus stop. Many food outlets nearby. The rooms are clean and neat. Well maintained and regular house keeping. Average cost. Good and helpful staffs. 5 star deserved.

Really good service and nice location. Only downside is the rooms with windows are a bit noisy due to the metro nearby. I was afraid of mold in windowless rooms but that was not the case. It's just a room near the MRT station. The room was very average, not even meeting the 2-star standard. The mattress was very old and had a pit and a few bugs or insects. Sometimes it was injecting while sleeping at night. The room cleanse was good.Also, one more thing: if you need a silent environment while sleeping, then it's not a hotel for you.
