Went here on Friday. It took me around 2-3 hours to finished walking and watching all animals here. I literally watch every single animals that were available that day. Sadly there was no animals show on friday. The staffs were attentive enough to help me claim the birthday treat free ticket. The crowd on that day was okay. Not too packed. Zoo Negara is still offering birthday month complimentary ticket! Redemption is hassle free. Just fill up a Google form and show your IC at the counter for your wristband.
