Sad and unhealthy deer crowded into a muddy pen, set in the middle of an otherwise fabulous botanic garden. It's time to retire this exhibit, or let the deer roam in the spacious surrounds.

Beautiful huge botanical garden and there are several deer piled up in a tiny pen with no food or water or grass. Absolutely awful conditions and they look so sad. I was angry to see this today. The only shade they have is a tiled roof. Not good at all.

Pretty depressing, if you've not seen Dias before then I guess it's worth going but if you've seen deer in any other part of the world then I'd give it a miss. The enclosure is small and it doesn't look as though they have a great quality of life. Shade is lacking and access to fresh running water seems lacking also.
