The SIGAR Hotel at Sutera Bay. (solo trip)

Overall a pleasant experience. The location is close to town, but it’s definitely more convenient if you have a car or take Grab, as there isn’t much within walking distance. Room was comfortable, clean, and offered at an affordable rate. Good option for a simple and hassle-free stay.

Room big and spacious. WiFi ,Netflix. Smart tv. Good for bring children stayed. Staff good. Safety good. I book Junior pool view. Really love it. But I don’t like first time I sleep there. 1 door I cannot locked it because it was broken. too dangerous if u bring your kids & safety concern someone can get inside your room. Door facing balcony broken. Please fix it.

Stayed here on my first night in KK. Super close to the airport, great for late arrivals. The lobby looks beautiful, and the room was clean and comfy. They also provide a water filter and a kettle to boil hot water ~ very convenient!

It's a great location, with very spacious rooms and a lovely view. Frontdesk were friendly. In terms of cleanliness, some of the towels were stained with pink but everything else felt generally okay.
