I booked this hotel at 2pm and check in at 2.50pm on the same day. It was last minute booking, yet we had a good experience staying here. When we arrived, the staff carry our bags from the lobby and send them to our room! We were lucky we got the parking at the lobby which is reserved for the Hotel’s guests. Booked this hotel for staycation with my friend during Deepavali holiday. Check in late almost at 8:30pm, hardly to find parking because guests parking is limited. Room nice. Easy access to 1 borneo hypermall. The only thing i hate is the parking, first come first serve. Or else need to pay

Spacious and clean room. Located next to 1Borneo mall and just 10 minutes away from UMS. Nice view from my room. Praying mat, iron, hair dryer and amenities are complete. I love the fact that their bath tub has a small step, a handhold and slip mat. Really thoughtful to prevent slip incident. Some improvement in breakfast menu like adding real protein in noodles and would be amazing.

This hotel is located quite a distance away from the airport and the downtown area (20+ mins by car). The room is spacious and clean, but it is quite worn,showing its age.
