My usual stay whenever I am in KK for work. The rooms are spacious and clean, and this time, I got a room overlooking both the city, and partially the sea. Comes with standard buffet breakfast, and the cafe facing the sea. Nice location too, around 200 meters from the philippines market and local food court area. I don't know why Klagan Hotel is rated 3-star, but it deserves 4-star! Staffs are friendly, good food and clean room, except that room that I got (level 8) has balcony glass screen that's connected to one of the meeting area. A bit risk to privacy if you don't close the curtain well. And they have luggage storage service too! Convenient for those who want to go shopping after check out.

First time stay here and I really love it! Room was nice. The breakfast was good with the delicious food, eggs station, coffee machine and desserts. The most part I love is they served the original fresh milk 😍, because most of the others hotel will added water into it. For sure I will repeat to stay here once come to Sabah 🥰

Stayed 2 nights here during my short trip to KK. The room was clean and spacious—perfect for the two of us. Breakfast was also nice, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely consider coming back !
