Tang Dynasty Bay Hotel (with baby)

The last time I checked in here was in 2018... Recently I stayed here. I was shocked with the Aircon...it was not functioning well...even there is ceiling fan added to cool down the room..but its not really help... I hope the hotel management will upgrade your Aircon..

Need maintenance of the hotel. You hv a good and stragegic location. Give strengh to ur service and rooms maintenance. Yes, it involved high cost. But that is needed for the long term biz...

Quite budget price with the quality. Though i got locked in the bathroom due to faulty lock. Daughter had to call the staff to dismantle the lock. cleanliness ok. Place is out of town. No breakfast but there were restaurants/cafes and grocery shop around the hotel. Got space for parking also. Not bad.

It was the half way point of where I had to go for training. Room is large based on KK standard for the price. Clean and comfortable but aging. Did not watch TV so do not know if the TV channels are okay. Area around is quiet.

Room phone were disabled. Called the provided number many times(to ask for wifi password) to the point the end person hang up on purpose, very disappointing response, the only good thing was the spacious room. Anything else was disappointing. Hot shower runs slow. Drink amenities(tea and sugar) are not refillable unless charged rm.50 each packet, toiletries only given shampoo and bath gel with sho...
