I had an issue with the check-out, as they had recorded that I had paid for only 3 nights instead of 4. I explained the problem to the receptionist, Daphne, a really sweet and kind girl, and she, without any fuss, told me to go rest in my room and that as soon as the support team of the app I had booked through responded, we would resolve the issue. Both she and Azizi, another guy at the reception...

It's 3am. Something exploded from the hallway on the third floor of the hotel. The rooms are out of power.. I dont know what's going on. Neither the hotel staffs know how to fix things. and I'm scared to go back to bed! 😅 Some weird noise persisted the whole night. The hotel staff explained that they are experiencing some electricity problem.. Couldnt sleep at all.. 🤪

Good hotel and not too expensive rooms. You even might see some monkeys in front of some windows but only happened once.
