After a tired day outside, we check in hotel around 9:30pm. Offer Smart TV but no internet so nothing can be seen. No floor map provided, after shower, water flow over and the whole toilet floor is wet. No shower gel is provided. Room looks dusty. Wall is dirty. Sofa is dirty. I never recommend this hotel. We stayed almost 5 days. During those days they did housekeeping once. In residence room, lots of ants are around on the table, around the sink, and on the floor. Floor is so dirty. We read reviews a lot. They all praised this one but Im not sure why they did. The staff are kind but the foods served at breakfast are very limited. Gym and pool are very run down. Saw a dead bird in the pool and the pool water was cloudy. Quite a number of gym equipment is actually unsafe to use given how old/loose the screws were, also no AC/ventilation in the gym which makes working out during the day impossible.
