Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu (couple trip)

Highly recommend based on the 5 star service by the staff. Had a very late flight coming in and they could accommodate with the airport pickup. Rooms are outdated with stained carpet but the staff really provided great service.

The worst experience at room 803. The window can’t fully close cause the traffics noise make me non sleep all the night, due to room 803 forward the main road, so there are too many motorcycles and cars high speed joyride! Unfortunately, my taxi reservation is at 5 am. So impressive horrible last night in kota kinabalu! By the way, the counter staff are all good and polite.

Spent 1 night here attending a family event. Had my personal items stolen from the room by room service. When I called to inform the Management after noticing the missing items (once I had checked out) the Management repeatedly denied finding any such items in the room or being stolen by the hotel staff. What shameful behaviour and disgusting attitude from the hotel staff considering I had a wond...

Pro: The hotel offer one time airport transit which convenient for us who reach KK late night. Convenient location as nearby got servay and orange. They are improving their breakfast variety by providing egg station near pool side. Con: the facilities and room condition is dated and does not meet 4 star
