I had a very shocking and bad experience while staying in this hotel. Early in the morning around 7:20am. Why did the someone come to the 2nd floor and try to access every room with an access card? I assume it's a cleaner. Why did she just walk into every rooms on that floor with the door access card? And if she is a cleaner, then why she didn't checking from the receptionist for which room alrea...

This hotel is still new and priced for one night below RM100 plus including breakfast And Aircon so cool the most important room is so clean

Smoking fine is horrible. Even 5 star Hotel don't do that. If you don't wanna give back the deposit just say it.

Perhaps they changed the reception already. Very courteous and professional. The hotel is new and hotel parking is public but so far it is free.
