HOTEL ISKANDAR :- Booked this hotel last minute through Agoda last week and very disappointed. Eventhough paid for RM80 per night but atleast must have a lift. Imagine our room is on the 4th floor and had to carry our luggage by staircase. Same owner with Hotel Sri Iskandar, do not get confuse.

My wife and I stayed here for one night before leaving Sabah and found it to be a nice and quiet accommodation. Good walking distance to nearby markets and the waterfront. Staff were also very kind and helpful and even went the extra mile to assist in sorting out a misunderstanding with parking we had in front of the hotel.

I may say it's quite good for that price compared to the hotel here. The services are good and friendly. The room condition is quite clean, bed is clean and toilets also clean. The room size is in accordance with the specs of agoda. Aircond is cold enough, hot water shower also functions well. Location in city center 💕👍💕

The air conditioner is nice, the water heater is fully functioning. Nice interior too, the only thing is this hotel goes up to 4th floor and there's no elevator. Good luck to your legs. The room are not soundproofed.
