Short stay place with Coway machine! This is particularly important in Sabah as water supply is always an issue. I like the small platform at washroom where I can place my cleaner or toothbrush on it while showering. Checked in at 4:30pm and since then the room has had power failures for 4 times. While they immediately sent technicians to fix it, the issue persisted. I was told to turn off the heater after usage as that might be the root cause of the power trip. I did so and this didn’t resolve the issue.

1) Air cond leaking and not cold in the first day, complaint and technician came and fixed. Already mentioned felt warm after we left it open and still leaking at later evening time, replied from them technician has off duty and promised to come back for fix. But nobody turn out and no message me back at all, complaint again in the evening as well no technician come. 2) No refill of bottled water ...

We only stayed for one night which was perfect as the price is really affordable. The service was nice and check in and check out was easy. The room was a bit small but had everything you needed and was really comfortable for a short stay! However if you are a light sleeper I cannot recommend as the walls were quite thin and you were able to hear your neighbors.
