Nice spacious apt. Easy access a couple doors down from the Luma hotel, so easy pickup for excursions. Matrasses are on the floor, so not real beds, but that was fine for us. Arrival description was a bit confusing even though it turned out to be simple. It could need a little updating here and there.

Having good sleep is the most important thing we look forward after long day activities. But unfortunately i got room with worn out bed. I experience back pain after waking up from sleep.

One thing i love about this stay is the customer service are so helpful!! Always attend to my requests and extra superb on their fast respond too. The room are quite spacious, love the nice carpet and the bed are so comfy. Would definitely be back here again

Whenever I visit KK for business or leisure trip I always choose this hotel. Room is nice and clean. Quite spacious and they have day bed. Safety entrance as we only can do self check in. Required an entrance password and room key password too, Just few things need to be improve such as some part of wallpaper are broken off near to the hand-sink. And the side bed lighting no switch off button.

Room is clean and safe to stay. Environment is nice to sleep. Very convenient for buy everything at this area. Car can park at the nearest parking area for overnight only RM 6. A lot of foods can be find at this area. The room service is up to standard and kind to serve everyone.
