Don’t book here. My room was non-smoking but stank of cigarettes - I think it’s located near a smoking area so the smell was constant. The next morning there was drilling works on an adjacent wall starting at 9am. It was so loud and impossible to remain the room. There should have been notice given of the construction - I would have gone somewhere else.

I booked a family room without a window, and upon entering Level 5, I immediately noticed a bad smell in the corridor. At first, I thought it was limited to the hallway, but unfortunately, the situation got worse once I entered the room. The room was dirty and had a very unpleasant odor. Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel room! Location was great, there are many eateries below the hotel and it’s a close waking distance from IMAGO. Also a short car ride to town for cafe hopping and sight seeing in town. Staff were friendly and helpful!

The exterior isnt pleasant but the interior design is wonderful. The only problem besides room being small is the sound-proofing isn't that great. U will get complained when ur TV volume is above 19/100. On a side note do prepare earplugs when u sleep. Overall it is comfy. Workers are super friendly. Almost 5 stars. Again bring ur own earplugs and u will sleep like a king.

They verified the key worked (since it unlocked the hallway sensor), then claimed the digital lock’s battery died. Since it was late, the staff used a manual key to let me in and promised a technic...
