Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu (couple trip)

The hotel is in the perfect location, not far from the airport but still near the centre. The room we stayed in didn't have a window which wasn't the best but the room was tidy and the beds were comfy. The staff were very helpful and let us store it before before and after checkout.

I checked in today, 31st October, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While the lobby and location remain convenient, the service at check-in was unprofessional. Colin, the staff member handling check-in at the time, was the only one who had assisted a guest before me. Cititel Express is at a very convenient location in Kota Kinabalu. So close to restaurants, shopping complexes and has all the amenities a traveller would want. It provides a very good value for your stay in KK. It has a large open private parking in the front of the hotel if you do have a car. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright. The rooms are clean and comfortable albeit on the smallish side....

Great staff. Kudos to them. Near to fook yuen , many eateries around the hotel. Booked superior double. Overall satisfied with the room. But need to call room service in case u need to top uo anything or pick up the rubbish. Other than that, very good hotel. Clean

Very nice and convenient hotel. Room maybe a bit small but come with a split toilet and shower room, very clean and tidy. Reception looks simple but very nice layout. Price per night is very reasonable and surrounding with Guardian, Watson, laundry also open restaurant at the back of the hotel. Will come back here again, surely...
