Looking good. Aircond in room just so and so. The toilet looks clean but the water pressure is just fine, you can have a bath and clean yourself considering Sabah's water supply intermittent disruptions. Food stalls are in abundance, just walking distance. Clinics and supermarkets are just nearby. Ehailing just a click away. Thank you

Affordable price. Got all basic appliance for a hotel. Very near with restaurant, mart.. no problem with grab if you want to go airport at early morning..

Booking for family suites with 1 King size bed and 1 single bed. Price affordable. However the air conditioning need a new replacement as it took a long time to get the cold air from it. The sink are dirty, with broken pipes. However there’s a few eateries nearby that’s a plus.

Nice location. Not too far from town@kk. It'll be great if u have your own transport. Near to a restaurant, shops. Elevator provided. Clean and comfortable room at a very affordable price or should i say cheap. The only challenge is the parking spot. Quite difficult cz the place is always pack.

I gave 3 star for a budget hotel bcoz the room is clean the bathroom is quite big, the internet is fast, the staff is okay, not that friendly but very helpful probably she was tired. A bit hard to park near the hotel main entrance coz the place is always packed. Ill giv it 4 if the place have a better parking place.
