What makes it 45% Kids-Friendly: School-age children may admire the modern lattice and short hill trail, but the mosque has no exhibits, playground, or hands-on programs, and long silence periods may bore active kids.

Tip: Arrive 30 minutes before sunrise or sunset for cool air and clear skies.
Explore mosque art with free robes:

Tip: Register at the gate—robe rental is free after the RM 10 entry fee.
Stroll to ODEC Beach:
Walk down to the small white-sand beach beside the campus.
Tip: Bring towels and let kids play by the calm shoreline.
Sample local snacks nearby:
Try grilled oysters or coconut pudding at Salut Food Court.

Went here to pray dzuhur if im not mistaken. Spacious ( more big then my university mosque ( IIUM Kuantan)) . Many tourist come visit UMS including this mosque. Usually can come in UMS easily but during that day must put your card and name at the police hut at the gate. Its ok i know it for safety reason or maybe the police thought we are tourist.

If you drive towards UMS, you’ll see this Pink Mosque from afar. This mosque is part of UMS. The soft pink color is so fascinating and makes people want to visit. It’s convenient to perform the prayer here. The parking lot is big and the prayer space is too. Since UMS is open as a tourist spot, you’ll see some visitors during your time there.
Dry season runs April to October for clear skies. From November to March expect afternoon showers—carry a raincoat and plan indoor breaks.
