Trinidad Suites Johor, Trademark Collection by Wyndham (solo trip)

Ok the area is pretty dead as most of you know - but if you are in Johor for a sports tournament, or the like, then this is a great place to stay - price is very affordable, room is very large and location with the marina and establishments is excellent

I’m feel reluctant about posting this publicly, only because I believe this hotel offers very good value with good location as well as good service and hoping to keep this a secret. But their spacious room and value for money stay deserves the recognition in the hopes it will continue or improve to be better especially their buffet breakfast. All in all I am a very satisfied customer.

Stay for 1 night, the room was much bigger than expected for a suite. Came with a full kitchenette area and seating. The hotel is overlooking the harbour area, so the views are great! There are restaurants just downstairs and across the road. Malay food stalls, Western (Bar/Bistro), Indian food and light food. Visited this restaurant on a business trip and was impressed by the professionalism and quality. The room was quiet and elegant, ideal for meetings or formal dinners. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with quinoa salad, which was light yet satisfying. The wine list was extensive, and the sommelier gave excellent advice. Service was discreet and efficient.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location near the harbor, making it perfect for pleasant strolls along the waterfront or through the nearby garden.
