The Square Hotel (couple trip)

Booked a king bed with window view. Location and service is good. But bed is hard compared to hako, opero, St Giles and midori concept hotels. Water pressure very low and water so hot , almost burn feet.

The room was slightly above average. For the price of rm160 booked through agoda, it is not worth it. The room has no windows, The room was small for two person and the athroom was exceptionally big for no reason. The water pressure was too low. found molds on the bathroom ceiling which is harmful. Location wise, it is located at a super busy and crowded area (Housing area, shoplots, pasar malam) ...

Not recommended , unless you can't find a place to stay!!! Upon entering the room, 1.rubbish from previous guest was not cleared. 2. Stains on different part of the bedsheet. Looked gross. 3. Felt itchy on and off throughout the night. 4. Staff is rude. Instead of calling name, just shouted from the counter and expect a response from customer. Checked out the next morning and moved to Hako Hotel...

Interior were nice and cozy, with feel good aroma filling the air. Room felt compact yet well maintained, no dirty floor or dust, two pillows (that's great), comfy bedding, everything functioning as they should. Bathroom did not provide soap bar or attached soap liquid so it's inconvenient. Wall ain't soundproofing very much as noises could be heard from next door during nightfall.

We stayed at The Square Hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was clean, modern, and super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location too-easy to get around. Perfect for a short getaway as a couple!
