Location is great close to airport and can get food by walking distances Room is smelly when enter the room, dusty and also the door lock is damaged. Call for the assistant but didn’t answering the phone. Not worth for the price.

The gaming room is amazing!!! 2 pc but only one work well. Choosing this for one night cause Its Very near to airport senai & lots of shop around! Service is okay and i thought the front desk girl a bit sarcastic but well its okay.

Good location near airport. Bed sheet not so clean. The buffet coffee got some black debris inside which we don't know what it is. The bread toaster half jam. The staff is very supportive, we requested to change room because the first room was stuffy, 2nd room air conditioning didn't work, 3rd room shower no hot water. Finally the 4th room it is good.

Definitely 5 stars service and room! I have a comfortable sleep at this hotel, room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff quite friendly. It is just 5 minutes walk to Senai airport. I will book again when I want to take flight from Senai airport. Super value of money!!
