Ramada Suites by Wyndham the Straits Johor Bahru (couple trip)

Unfortunately, we won't be back even though it was value for money. The room was spacious but noisy. The chickens were squawking all morning and we couldn't get any peace. The aircon was also very noisy. We had to use the pillows as earmuffs and it was very uncomfortable for us to get to sleep.The wi-fi and water were also not easy to use,but they gave us water. Amazing experience, fantastic front office staff, kudos to nita, she is very helpful in recommending halal food and places we could visit and allow us early check in as she could see that we were really tired. Pros: The unit had some positives: spacious layout, good natural light, two bathrooms, and a big fridge. Kids pove the pool, there's kiddie pool and deeper one for adults. Pool view and from the suite balcony during our stay was nice. Service was efficient. Enjoyed my stay. Room was very big and comfortable and had two bathrooms even though there was only one bedroom. But it didn't have a hairdryer and the TV did not have Netflix. Great location and easy to get around with car. Parking no hassle.

I stayed at Ramada Suites recently. Overall, the room was clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities provided. However, the floor felt a bit sticky, which slightly affected the comfort level. Which make me to wear the cotton hotel slipper throughout the stay.
