Opero Hotel Southkey Johor Bahru (couple trip)

The rooms were clean, tidy & spacious. We got 2 rooms, a King Room and a Twin Room, both connecting. Check in was a breeze and the staffs were polite & friendly too. Parking is available; valet too. The Mid Valley Mall is a 10 mins walking distance from the hotel which is a very strong point. Will definitely come back again!

Upon arrival, there was no internet access at check-in, which caused an unnecessary 30-minute delay before I could complete the process. Superior King Room is on the smaller side but comfortable enough for two guests on a short stay. The room was warm when we first entered and took some time to cool down even after turning on the air conditioning. Amenities were generally well-provided, though face and hand towels were missing. Our stay at Opero Hotel was simply wonderful! The hotel is new, clean, and modern, with every facility in tip-top condition. The buffet spread was fantastic — plenty of variety and beautifully presented, easily one of the best we’ve had recently.
