New York Hotel (couple trip)

The staff came across as unwelcoming and unfriendly. The breakfast selection was disappointingly limited. The lift felt outdated and somewhat unsettling. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, and the springs were noticeable. The pillows lacked support, and the quilt was thin with low-quality material. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
