Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre (couple trip)

Decent hotel stay. Don't know what the bad reviewers were going on about. It is an aging hotel but bedroom size was large, bed was comfortable albeit a bit soft, otherwise no complaints room wise except for the water spilling at the bathtub area and the shampoo and bath soap not to my liking. This hotel should be rated as 5 star cause it is deserving based on my repeated visits experience. I am a regular guest at Holiday Villa. Throughout all my stay here, the staffs have rendered their excellent service to accomodate me and my wife needs. Stay here 1 night for a 2 day holiday. The room is quite ok but the cleaning is not. Found a lot of hair in the room and the towel have a few maroon colour stain. The service is fine and the location is quite good with KSL just opposite and plenty of eatery around the area.

Went on a family vacation and booked the wrong dates for our trip. We called to ask for a change or enquire if we could extend 1 more night, the person on the call was inexperienced and did not understand our concerns and kept saying no to our request.
