Hako Hotel Mount Austin (couple trip)

Room was quite poorly maintained, floor vinyl spoilt and flipped up. Sink placed outside of the bathroom caused piles of water around the room after washing up. Cleanliness definitely need to be improved. Location is convenient, but can be noisy at night due to bars and night activities around.

Stayed overnight last wkend. Room at level 3. The good: room was clean, aircon works well, WiFi runs at almost 100mbps (but u have to select the guest AP, which is not explained in registration), hairdryer, refreshments. Room is kind of small. Noted that Water was seeping out from the joints of the floor when my socks got wet. It explains when showering using the "movable" showering head as water easily splash towards the door direction and will seep through to the room. Lobby is lovely, staffs was professional, service level 6/10 as portraiting impatient feel when approached. Condition of room, 6-7/10, its a pity where low maintenance is done.
