Grand Hallmark Hotel - Johor Bahru (couple trip)

Worst hotel. Dont trust the photos. They are edited. We checked in. And checked out immediately. Bedsheets and towel are very old and reused. Bad smell. No Smart TV

Very nice hotel with worry free parking. Security will be on duty to put parking fee when MBJB officers come. You must register the car upon checking. Only need to pay 60 cents for parking fee upon checkout. Very comfortable & clean rooms. Breakfast is very good and the staff service is excellent be it in HSKP, Cafe, Reception or the security taking care of cars

GUYS THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM NEVER BOOK IT This is the worst and i mean WORST hotel i ever stayed in, as the pictures online does not match with any part of the room, not even the colour of the bedsheet, the bed was not well clean which makes the bedsheet greyish, and the whole room smells. Terrible experience — nothing like the photos! The actual room looks nothing like the pictures — completely outdated and poorly maintained. The bedsheets, duvet cover, and pillows were yellowish and grey, with visible stains and even holes. One of the covers even had ballpoint pen marks on it.
