One of my go to hotels in JB for my business travel. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Situated near AEON Mall and a big park. For budget hotel, the hotel room and amenities are quite good. Comfortable and definitely value for money.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. 1. Check-in was slow and inefficient. 2. The lift doors do not have sensors. Without pressing “open,” the doors will shut quickly and could injure guests. 3. The room had a strong moldy smell and was dusty upon entry. 4. Avoid this place if you can. When I walked into the room, the linen had yellow stains, and the pillowcases were also yellow, it seems they hadn’t been changed. I spoke to the front desk and asked for a replacement. They brought new bed sheets and pillowcases, but they were still yellow with stains. Stayed one night due to run errands. Overall service was good. Room with Jacuzzi was spacious but the jacuzzi didn't work so defeat the extra payment. Aircon was good. Bed was comfortable only pillow a bit soft. Wall not soundproof. Carpark was not specific so was quit worry. Check in and out was smooth. Overall a good night stay.
