Attached video was after we slept so don't mind the mess, the room was clean and made up when we checked in. Stayed here for 1 night just for a short get away. Just some things to take note, this area is packed with lots of shops, food and entertainment so if you're driving naturally the area jams quite a bit during peak period. Value for money stay. Clean and spacious standard queen room. My expectations for this property were not high and it far exceeded them. Close to restaurants and activities such as pickleball, indoor golf, escape room, cat dog cafes. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Overall an excellent stay.

We checked in at 9pm on Friday after booking earlier and requesting connecting rooms as we had elderly parents and three small kids. Unfortunately, the stay was a complete nightmare. On the first night, one of our rooms had a malfunctioning aircond. After complaining, we waited over an hour for maintenance to “fix” it, even though we requested a room change. There’s no WiFi in the room, I can’t connect! They issued me two room cards, but only one works. When I went to the receptionist to reactivate the other card, the first one that was working stopped working. The room is comfortable, but all the pillows are so hard and thick that my family didn’t like them. I definitely didn’t sleep well.

From the exterior, Austin Park Hotel probably looks old but the interior would have surprised you. The lobby is really huge and clean, well air conditioned, drinking water to be refilled and 24 hours receptionist. Definitely comparable among 4star hotels.
