The hotel is very bad. Don't come here. The key card often has problems. It's difficult to enter the room. The staff doesn't help at all. They just have to verify your identity. Even when we come down because there are frequent problems in our room, they and I see us coming down with them, but they still won't let us go up to the room. The hotel is really good and is near to the MTR station consumer store and is really nice. The most important thing is that we do not have to buy water. There are water dispensers. Vegetarian food is less available but u can have fruits and juices.

Just back from an incredible stay at the Rio Hotel S Macau! My experience was truly amazing! The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Can't wait to share more photos and stories!

We booked this hotel via Agoda. The check-in process was smooth, but they will require a 500MOP deposit. We were given adjoining rooms which was very convenient for us.
